Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Any breakages or loss MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US and the carriers in writing within three days of the delivery date. For non-delivery, advice in writing must be received by us within 24 days of invoice date. CLAIMS OUTSIDE THESE TIME LIMITES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Delivery Schedule Please allow a maximum of two weeks for Communion Wine and a minimum of four weeks for Communion Equipment.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Where applicable the price is inclusive of VAT

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee Where a defect in one of our products (due to faulty workmanship or material) is reported to us within two years of purchase we will repair or replace the item free of charge. We cannot accept responsibility for damage to goods due to improper care or maintenance.
